Jim Walb
- Jim Walb is a senior executive with a 50-year career advising and leading global financial institutions through digital transformation, economic cycles, and geopolitical challenges.
- He spent 18 years with Ernst & Young, where he served as Chief Operating Officer of the North America Financial Services Practice and led practices in Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Based in New York, he directed the 9-11 Wall Street Technology Client Crisis Support Center. In addition, he chaired the UNICEF New York Metropolitan Chapter for three terms, where he reorganized the board and established a multi-million-dollar Corporate Giving program with major Wall Street firms.
- Following his tenure at Ernst & Young, Mr. Walb served as Managing Partner at Tata Consultancy Services for over 13 years, overseeing Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance consulting across North America, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Far East. He also advised the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, including the development of the "My Purpose" social volunteerism platform. Earlier in his career, he managed operations at the NASA Headquarters Data Center in Washington, D.C.
- His work in artificial intelligence began at TCS, where he led the development of patented enterprise compliance platforms and supported the creation of a global retail crypto exchange. He currently serves as an executive advisor to several AI startups.
