This Privacy Policy explains how Galaxy Advisors AI LLC ("Galaxy Advisors AI," "we," "us") handles information in connection with our website at galaxyadvisors.ai (the "Site"). We keep our data practices deliberately minimal.
Information we collect
Information you give us. The Site has no accounts and no e-commerce. If you submit our contact form (for example, to book an AI Value Briefing or request the AIROI™ Value Scorecard), we receive the information you enter: your name, work email address, company, job title, an optional phone number, your answers to two short questions about your organization’s use of AI, and any message you add. We use this to prepare for and respond to the conversation you asked for. Form submissions are transmitted and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered by email to our partners. If you email us directly instead, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security, performance, and operational purposes. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; when it does, Google may receive your IP address in order to serve those fonts.
